" In 1995, the Charlotte Eagles (with the guidance of Philippe Berthoud) launched soccer camps in Wayland, MA and Bolton, MA.

" In 1999, Philippe moved back to New England and started EC United Soccer Camps.

" In 2001, once EC United got established, they took over responsibility for the Charlotte Eagles' soccer camp in Bolton.

" From 2001 until 2006, the camp in Bolton was officially EC United Soccer Camp.

" Effective summer of 2007, the camp will continue under the name Charlotte Eagles Soccer Camp.

" 2007 will also see two separate camp sessions (morning and afternoon) offered in Bolton to accommodate for the Wayland field being under construction.

" "In 2007 the Charlottes Eagles are taking the lead again in Bolton to continue this important ministry to your families. I am excited to see the camp grow and the continued ministry to the metro-west region." --Philippe Berthoud
